About the Role
The ACAC Strategy & Planning (S&P) team is in charge of defining the business strategy for the region, running governance and monitoring performance working closely with Strategic Finance, while also working hand in hand with the local teams in specific projects. ACAC is a region with a diverse portfolio and considerable growth opportunities, and as the Strategy & Planning Manager, you will play a key role for the business by orchestrating and facilitating decision making at the regional level.
What you'll do
- Vision : Working closely with the RGM, General Managers and Regional teams to align overall vision
- Strategic Ownership : Define the business' short and long term strategy, working closely with and advising business leaders in ACAC on topics ranging from specific analyses to annual planning to multi-year visions. Identify trends and propose specific actions to tap into opportunities
