About the Role

As a Manager on our Worker Operations team, you will be a key player in driving the daily operations and success of Traba's marketplace. This is a very hands‑on role. At Traba, we believe in managing by doing. Expect *****% of your time managing the team and the rest getting your hands dirty with direct, impactful work yourself, collaborating with teams daily to ensure work with Worker Operations runs smoothly, driving product and automations with the engineering team and making sure the team's productivity and efficiency increases over time. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Operations, Tech, Product, Marketing, and more to drive the most critical component of Traba's business model – matching workers with businesses – maintaining marketplace health, and ensuring profitability.
