As an Associate in the Payments team, you help shape the segment strategy and drive high-impact initiatives with cross-functional partners. You act as a central liaison between internal and external stakeholders, delivering end-to-end payments projects and optimizing vendor relationships. You leverage data to inform decisions, monitor Pu0026amp;L and KPIs, and push the Payments roadmap and OKRs. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-growing fintech with a focus on EU payments and scalable processes.
