Your Role
We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join the team, reporting directly to the Strategy & Transformation Director. In this role, you will lead the definition of Affinity’s strategy and drive its execution, turning strategic ambition into concrete initiatives and measurable impact.
What you will do
- Lead and/or support strategic thinking across the organization, partnering with Corporate and Country Teams to deliver rigorous, structured analyses and actionable recommendations
- Lead and/or coordinate cross‑functional strategic and transformation initiatives at a company‑wide level, from problem definition to execution follow‑up
- Continuously monitor markets and competitors, translating intelligence into strategic insights and implications for the business
