Lead the definition of Affinity’s strategy and drive its execution, turning strategic ambition into concrete initiatives and measurable impact.
What You Will Do
- Lead and/or support strategic thinking across the organization, partnering with Corporate and Country Teams to deliver rigorous, structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Lead and/or coordinate cross‑functional strategic and transformation initiatives at a company‑wide level, from problem definition to execution follow‑up.
- Continuously monitor markets and competitors, translating intelligence into strategic insights and implications for the business.
- Own the Value Creation Plan of the company. Build financial models and valuation analyses to support strategic decision‑making and investment cases.
