Position Overview
The Strategy Execution Specialist is responsible for supporting and assisting the Director with strategy management, strategy execution and strategic project management. The specialist will actively support Senior Leadership with the development, maintenance and communication of the organization’s Strategic Plan and the associated performance metrics, implementation roadmap and annual organizational strategic goals. Using a project portfolio management approach, the role coordinates the strategic initiatives outlined in the strategic plan, the rolling detailed three-year implementation plan and annual strategic goal; conduct regular capacity assessments, identify interdependencies and risks among strategic projects, and collaborates with project sponsors and teams to address any issues that arise.
