Strategy Deployment Manager DP Manufacturing

As the Strategy Deployment Manager, you will partner with PT (Pharma Technical) global functions and PTM (Pharma Technical Manufacturing) Leadership to translate the Pharma and PT vision into a tangible, actionable long- and mid-term strategy. In a landscape of increasing complexity, you will be instrumental in ensuring the PTM organization’s strategic alignment with the overarching Pharma and PT vision, fostering a unified direction across the PTM network.

In this role, you will translate high-level ambitions into tangible, actionable roadmaps and act as the bridge between global strategy and site-level execution. You will ensure that the implementation of new capabilities, risk mitigation strategies, product PPQs, and other strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
