Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, delivery and international deployment of strategic communications and HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with Group priorities and strong execution across markets.
- Develop and manage the Group’s internal communications ecosystem, driving its continuous evolution, adoption, performance measurement and data‑driven improvement.
- Shape and support the development of the Group HR Strategy, coordinating cross‑country strategic initiatives and ensuring end‑to‑end oversight (scope, timelines, costs, risks, communication and deliverables).
- Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses to assess project impact and define solutions, actions and roadmaps that accelerate transformation while ensuring alignment with senior leaders.
