Overview

This position is part of Roche’s Workforce Optimization (WFO) Area of Practice, a high‑impact global team dedicated to revolutionizing how we ensure the future readiness of our most valuable asset: our people. As an SWP/WFO Partner, you will collaborate directly with business leaders and cross‑functional partners to translate ambitious goals into actionable workforce strategies, support SWP projects, and enable the scaling of WFO frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, People & Culture, and cross‑functional experts to translate priorities into workforce needs
• Advises the business and project teams on SWP products as a strategic partner
