Strategic Workforce Manager - WFM & Scheduling

ibex in the Philippines is seeking a Workforce Manager to lead a WFM team responsible for forecasting, scheduling, and intraday optimization across call queues. You will partner with site and department leaders to ensure coverage, staffing, and contingency plans during peak demand.

You will own end-to-end workforce planning processes, develop real-time and historical reports, and drive improvements in service levels and resource utilization.
