Strategic Transition Lead: Governance, Delivery & Change

Unisys is looking for a Transition Leadership & Governance lead in Mexico to manage large, complex transition programs from contract signature through operational stabilization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.Your role will involve developing communication and change management plans, validating staffing models, and ensuring client requirements are met throughout the transition lifecycle.
A strong background in BPO or related fields is preferred.
