Strategic Training & Development Manager

Taraki is partnering with PostEx to hire a Training Manager in Lahore. This role entails identifying training needs, designing, and delivering learning programs aimed at improving employee performance and development.

The Training Manager will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, developing annual training plans, managing training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training provided. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred to qualify for this role.
