Strategic Training & Development Lead (Travel Required)

14th Street Pizza Co. is seeking a Manager for Training & Development in Karachi Division. The ideal candidate will develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals, conduct training needs assessments, and design training content for various departments. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry, and excellent presentation and communication skills.

This role requires hands-on experience training staff at different levels and knowledge of restaurant operations. Periodic travel to other branches for training and assessments is also essential.
