Operate as MAHLE supply chain expert for freight and transportation, warehousing, and returnable packaging processes.
Primary Contact for definition of specifications of the external supply chain.
Define process, methods, and volume plan to tender external freight providers together with non-production materials (NPM) purchasing.
Collaborate with purchasing to find best possible service providers for transportation, empties management, and warehousing.
Support implementation of new freight forwarding companies.
Develop MAHLEs digital supply chain processes in alignment with external and internal infrastructure and partners.
Define standard processes and tools to support the operational logistics and plants.
Lead logistic cost and performance improvement projects and initiatives.
