• Identify and onboard suppliers that meet business needs in terms of cost, quality, and capability
• Develop sourcing strategies that improve supplier mix, resilience, and localization of supply
• Evaluate and challenge existing supplier base to reduce dependency and improve performance

Cost & TCO Optimization

• Assess sourcing decisions using total cost of ownership (TCO) including logistics, quality risks, and operational impact
• Review and challenge product specifications to identify cost engineering and standardization opportunities
• Drive initiatives that deliver sustainable cost savings beyond price reductions

Data & Procurement Analytics

• Build dashboards and analysis to track: sourcing savings and cost avoidance, supplier performance (quality, delivery, compliance), procurement inefficiencies and risk exposure, market and spend trends <...
