Strategic Sourcing Lead – Commodities & Cost Optimization

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Senior Sourcing Analyst to manage and optimize sourcing and procurement activities in Monterrey, Nuevo León. You will develop sourcing strategies, identify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, a relevant degree, and strong analytical and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a bonus. This role may involve up to 10% travel.
