INNOVATION SPECIALIST This position reports into REGIONAL MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER and is based at MEXICO.

What you will do The INNOVATION SPECIALIST is responsible for guaranteeing projects flawless execution by leading cross‐functional teams' alignment, establishing clear project schedules, and accomplishing key milestones across all Innovation gates.
You will also need to have an end‐to‐end vision to secure resource allocation and inform senior management and leadership on project status, financial targets and critical KPIs.
As the project leader, you will troubleshoot problems, influence core team and LAN leaders and be resilient to better meet project needs.
