The ideal candidate will prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and handle tender documentation while monitoring project costs and ensuring compliance with specifications.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is essential, and UAE experience is advantageous.
