Strategic Quantity Surveyor for HDB/Condo Projects

KM DESIGN & CONTRACT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare Bill of Quantities for tenders, perform measurements, cost estimates, and pricing for project bids.

You will handle progress claims, variation orders, contract administration for both main and subcontract works, and assist in finalising accounts. The role requires project coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensures accurate reporting and tender evaluation.
