Strategic Quantity Surveyor: Cost Control & Claims

LEMEN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a professional to handle the preparation and submission of interim and final claims for client approvals, as well as cost estimates for variation works. The role involves site visits for joint measurements and the evaluation and certification of subcontractor claims.

The successful candidate will liaise with the client's contract team, assist the project manager on contractual matters, and support the site team in method statement preparation and risk assessments.
