Job Description
  • Design and conduct end-to-end qualitative research (e.g. FGD, IDIs, ethnographic studies, etc.) to address key business questions in the gaming industry
  • Oversee research execution across multiple markets and ensure consistency in methodology and quality
  • Analyze qualitative data to identify patterns, themes, and actionable insights and synthesize findings into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure research addresses business needs
  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors/freelancers when needed to ensure high-quality deliverable
  • Job Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in the market research industry or in a qualitative researcher role
  • Deep expertise in qualitative research methodologies, with a strong track record of planning and executing impactful studies
