Strategic Purchasing Leader – Healthcare PPP Programs

Hospital Authority - Kowloon Central Cluster is seeking a Senior Manager (Strategic Purchasing) to lead and oversee PPP programmes, migrations and strategic purchasing initiatives. You will coordinate with HA, HHB, private providers and stakeholders to ensure effective planning and implementation of programmes and IT support.

The role requires a university degree, at least 10 years of managerial experience (5+ in senior roles), and strong English and Chinese communication.
