Every initiative is executed through Lean principles — fast learning, waste elimination, and measurable results — until it becomes a sustainable business-as-usual (BAU) process.

Purpose

To lead and execute strategic projects that create step-change improvements in performance, profitability, and scalability, using Lean as the operating discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute founder-driven strategic projects from idea to implementation and handover to Operations.
• Lead commercial and operational initiatives such as new business models, digital automation, and major process redesigns.
