Who we're looking for
We are looking for a dynamic, Human Resources-focused Program Manager to join our newly formed Zendesk Office of the Chief People and Diversity Officer (OCPDO) to drive cross-functional projects and programs for our Human Resources teams.
Your job as an HR Strategic Projects Partner is to keep programs moving forward by building plans and focusing on key milestones for projects within Human Resources.
In this role, you will partner closely with multiple teams across Human Resources, including Total Rewards, Operations, Talent & Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Global Equity, Inclusion & Belonging to disseminate information, summarize and surface program updates clearly, concisely, and accurately, as well as resolve issues as they arise.
