In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Leads complex product environmental compliance (PEC) programs, managing priorities and timelines while driving execution with minimal oversight. Develops and maintains resources (regulatory alerts, presentations, training materials, web pages) on global PEC laws in conjunction with the legal and training teams.
Drives alignment with quality and governance expectations through coaching and shared best practices. Independently analyzes laws, regulatory requirements, and technical standards related to PEC and translates them into practical guidance and action plans for Emerson businesses. Monitors the global regulatory environment, anticipates regulatory trends, and leads impact assessments to inform compliance strategies. Acts as a trusted compliance advisor to business engineering, supply chain, and product/project management teams, supporting strategic and tactical decision-making.
