Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate review meetings and ensure timely documentation of discussions, decisions, and action points by concerned teams.
- Regularly monitor project progress and proactively flag risks or delays.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and status updates for CEO review.
- Maintain and update program repositories, review documents, and key performance indicators
(KPIs) in the central database.
- Ensure periodic program reporting mechanisms are structured to reflect both internal performance metrics and external reporting requirements.
