Strategic Planning & Growth Lead for Premier

DiDi Premier in Latin America, including Mexico, seeks an experienced strategist to own the category's planning backbone: growth models, operating rhythm, and the product agenda. You will report to the head of the category and work with Finance and central ops to keep plans honest and drive decisions at the regional and global leadership levels.

You will own the strategy, incubation of new use-cases, and a roadmap that aligns with unit economics and the overall DiDi mission.
