Short-term business planning
Monitor and analyze trends in the securities industry and changes in the financial market (macro/micro economy, products and services, market demand, regulations and policies, etc.)
Research the competitive landscape and identify the company’s positioning.
Assess the impact on the company’s operations, identify risks and opportunities, provide recommendations and analyze proposals to maintain/enhance competitive advantage and business performance.
