- Define campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics to ensure initiatives are aligned with client priorities and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop campaign strategies based on ICPs, buyer personas, customer insights, and messaging frameworks to guide content creation and channel selection.
- Build integrated marketing plans that translate strategy into actionable programs, themes, and multi‑channel campaigns across the customer journey.
