Strategic Planning & Business Development Assistant Manager

Support the execution of the Holding's annual strategic planning cycle and active portfolio management processes by:

• Leading or supporting the strategic planning calendar and governance (guidelines, templates, timelines, and coordination)


• Coordinating with group companies to consolidate long-term plans, strategic initiatives, and key assumptions


• Supporting the strategic KPI framework and performance tracking (strategy-to-execution alignment and dashboards)


• Conducting periodic portfolio surveys of group companies and driving portfolio matrix analyses

Provide analytical support for ad-hoc strategic initiatives, including but not limited to:

• Corporate venture capital


• Sustainability initiatives


• Digital transformation programs


• Operating model redesign


• Performance improvement initiatives
