Strategic NPD & Operations Program Lead

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Program Manager, NPD & Operations, to lead cross-functional teams in Queretaro, Mexico. The ideal candidate will drive new product development and process improvement initiatives across multiple departments including Quality and Supply Chain.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of program management experience. Skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving are crucial for this role. Travel may be required up to 20%.
