We seek an experienced Legal Manager with at least 5 years in commercial law who can navigate SaaS and technology contracts. Your role involves negotiating customer agreements, managing privacy regulations, and supporting internal stakeholders. You will also enhance legal processes with automation tools and ensure compliance with international privacy laws, including the GDPR.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate commercial agreements and supplier contracts
• Assist Sales and Account Management teams
• Maintain contract templates and negotiation strategies
• Support ongoing compliance with privacy laws
• Implement legal process automation solutions
Requirements:
• Juris Doctorate and legal eligibility in Canada
• 5/7+ years in relevant commercial law
