Strategic Learning & Talent Director

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Learning and Development Director to shape the future of talent within the firm. In this role, you will focus on aligning talent development with strategic goals, enhancing employee skills, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Your responsibilities include developing HR strategies, addressing skills gaps, and managing curriculum development initiatives. Ideal candidates will have at least 12 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in professional services, and a Bachelor's Degree.
