Strategic Internal Audit Leader – Americas

Novartis Farmacéutica in Mexico City is seeking an Internal Audit Senior Manager for the Americas. You will lead end-to-end audit and advisory engagements, partnering with senior leaders to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls across the region.

You will coach auditors, promote data-driven and AI-enabled practices, and ensure high-quality execution in line with standards. Fluency in English and a hybrid work setup are required.
