PM Consulting is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to strategically align HR initiatives with business objectives. This role emphasizes talent management, workforce planning, and supporting organizational development and change management initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR, at least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, and strong stakeholder management skills. The position is based in Pasig City and is a full onsite role.
