The Aivee Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across employee relations, performance management, and talent development. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and ensure compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in HR, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position is based in Metro Manila, Taguig.
