Strategic HR Leader for Manufacturing Operations (Mexico)

Empresa Confidencial is seeking an experienced HR leader in Aguascalientes, Mexico, to drive people strategies and organizational effectiveness for a 24/7 manufacturing operation. This role will collaborate with site leadership to develop talent management and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive HR experience, strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
