Location: Based in Fujairah – work from one of the UAE's most scenic emirates while driving impact across the Group and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to subsidiary HR teams and business stakeholders, translating Group HR strategy into operational excellence
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals across the Group, building capability and driving engagement
- Ensure consistent implementation of core HR processes across all subsidiaries
- Drive strategic HR initiatives, including organizational design, transformation projects, and HRIS optimization
