Strategic Group Accountant — SEND & High Needs

The Local Authority is seeking a highly experienced finance leader on a 3‑month contract to oversee the High Needs Block within the Education & Inclusion Directorate. You will provide strategic financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior leaders and external partners.

The role requires CCAB or CIMA qualifications and extensive experience in local authority finance, with line management responsibility for the SEND Finance Team. Hybrid working in Ilford area.
