Strategic Finance & Growth Director - Remote

Grafana Labs is seeking a Finance and Strategy Director (USA, remote) to partner with GTM leaders and help shape the future of the Finance & Strategy organization. This senior IC will lead through influence, driving financial leadership, business partnership, and data‑driven decisions to scale the organization.

You will own planning, forecasting, and driver-based models, modernize finance with AI and automation, and collaborate with Data & Analytics to improve financial metrics and self-service
