Strategic Finance Controller & Growth Partner

Luxasia is seeking a Business Controller to partner with Commercial, Marketing, Retail, eCommerce and Operations, delivering financial insights to drive sustainable growth. The role focuses on planning, forecasting, profitability management, and governance across multiple business units and channels.

You will lead budgeting cycles, develop financial models, analyse performance, and support strategic pricing and investments while ensuring strict controls and timely reporting to leadership.
