Strategic Executive Assistant & Analytics Lead

Safebox is seeking an Executive Administrator and Analyst to provide remote support from Santiago, Chile. This full-time, contract role involves managing executive calendars, coordinating projects, and conducting strategic analysis to aid decision-making.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and excellent C1 or C2 level English communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is also essential.

The position offers a monthly pay rate of USD $1,300‑$1,500 during typical PST business hours.
