Strategic Data & BI Lead for Growth & Insights

GRVTY is seeking a data analytics leader to build and own the central performance dashboard across Trading, Marketing, BD, Product, and Operations. You will create KPI frameworks that tie departmental goals to revenue growth and produce weekly/monthly CEO narratives on performance and resource needs.

You will analyze P&L, funnels, and retention, develop forecasts, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
