Strategic Customer Adoption Manager

Coupa Software, Inc. in Bogotá seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and value realization of Coupa Pay. You’ll guide clients through configuration, manage multiple engagements, and align usage with business goals end-to-end.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance or procurement, strong project management, and excellent communication. SaaS experience with Salesforce, Excel, and SQL is a plus; this full-time role is based in Colombia.
