Strategic Controller - Growth-Driven PE Finance Leader

Black Dragon Capital LLC is seeking a Controller to lead high‑level accounting, managerial accounting, and financial oversight across multiple portfolio companies. You will help develop internal controls, policies, and financial planning as part of the One Dragon Services Finance team.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, CPA/MBA preferred, and prior Controller or senior management experience. Strong analytical skills and communication with senior leadership are essential.
