Strategic Change & Release Manager (Onsite Day Shift)

MicroSourcing International in Taguig is seeking a Change & Release Manager to own the end-to-end Change Management process and oversee CAB meetings. You will coordinate release activities, ensure testing protocols are followed, and report on change success with PIR insights.

The role requires 5+ years in Change/Release Management within a large enterprise, ITIL expertise, and strong coordination with DevOps teams. Onsite work in BGC on an Australian day shift schedule is expected.
