Strategic Budgeting & Cost Control Lead

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced professional to supervise the development and execution of the Commercial Budgeting Plan for procurement teams. The role requires leadership in budgeting activities, effective communication skills, and 15 years of experience in procurement, ideally within Oil & Gas.

The candidate will oversee budget & cost analysis while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is required for this position.
