Strategic Benefits & Leave Specialist

TransPerfect is looking for a Benefits Administrator in Buenos Aires to manage employee benefits programs and assist employees with their benefit-related inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background with at least two years of experience and hold a bachelor's degree. Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of leave laws such as FMLA and ADA are required. Proficiency in Workday and strong organizational skills are preferred.
