- In collaboration with data manager build access to Distribution SO / Stock data
- Performance dashboard deployed through Power BI / Secure access to Distribution KPI
- Change management is conducted within project; users and persons affected by project are informed and trained; documentation is available
- Operational managers take over standard process and related tools
