Role Description
The Strategic Account Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted partner. Day-to-day activities include coordinating project deliverables, preparing and delivering strategic recommendations, supporting client requests, and identifying new opportunities to further develop your clients brand through strategic and tactical executions.
The Strategic Account Specialist will collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives. The role also involves providing strategic ideation and direction, continually ensuring to be up to date on competitors executions and market activity.
